Bob Tebow; Tim Tebow Beloved Father Has Passed Away

Former NFL quarterback and outspoken Christian leader Tim Tebow is mourning the death of his father, Bob Tebow, who passed away on April 23.

In a heartfelt tribute, Tim Tebow reflected on his father’s faith, writing that while many people might express sympathy by saying “sorry for your loss,” he views the situation differently. He said that his father is not “lost,” but instead “home forever,” emphasizing his belief in eternal life and Christian faith.

Bob Tebow was widely known for his long-standing missionary work and evangelistic efforts. Together with his wife, Pam Tebow, he founded the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association, an organization dedicated to spreading Christian teachings globally. According to the organization’s history, the couple met while attending the University of Florida and later moved to the Philippines in 1985 with a mission to share their faith.

It was during their time abroad that Tim Tebow was born. The family eventually returned to the United States, where Tim would go on to attend the University of Florida, following in his parents’ footsteps. There, he became one of college football’s most recognized athletes, winning the Heisman Trophy in 2007 before launching his professional career in the NFL.

Bob Tebow’s life was closely tied to his faith and missionary work. In 2016, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Despite his illness, he continued to remain active in ministry work, expressing his determination not to let his condition limit his purpose or service.

Throughout his life, Bob Tebow was described as a devoted husband, father, and evangelist who focused heavily on religious outreach and family values. His passing has drawn tributes centered on his faith-driven life and global missionary efforts.

Tim Tebow’s message reflects the family’s strong Christian beliefs, framing his father’s death not as an ending but as a continuation of life in heaven.
