David Wilcock Death Obituary

David Wilcock (1973–2026) was an American author, YouTuber, and prominent figure in the modern “disclosure” and UFO conspiracy movement. He was known for promoting theories about extraterrestrial contact, consciousness expansion, and alleged government secrecy surrounding alien life.

Born in Rotterdam, Wilcock studied psychology at the State University of New York at New Paltz, graduating in 1995. Early in his life, he developed a strong interest in paranormal topics, later claiming that he was inspired by UFO-related stories and spiritual experiences shared through acquaintances.

Wilcock became widely known for linking himself to the legacy of psychic figure Edgar Cayce, with some followers even believing he was Cayce’s reincarnation. He built an online presence through his website Divine Cosmos, where he published writings on what he described as “soul evolution,” ascension, and higher consciousness.

Over time, Wilcock emerged as a central voice in the UFO “disclosure” community, which advocates for the idea that governments conceal evidence of extraterrestrial life. He authored several books and appeared in documentaries and online programs, including Wisdom Teachings and Cosmic Disclosure. He also maintained a large YouTube following, where he discussed topics ranging from ancient civilizations to alien life and global conspiracies.

In his work, Wilcock often claimed that he had received telepathic communication from extraterrestrial beings and presented theories involving hidden technologies and global power structures. Some of his projects, such as Above Majestic, explored controversial claims about government secrecy and alleged non-human influence on world events.

Despite his popularity among followers of alternative theories, Wilcock also faced criticism from skeptics and researchers who described his ideas as unfounded or speculative. His later life was reportedly marked by personal and financial difficulties, as well as struggles with mental health.

Wilcock moved to Colorado later in life and continued producing content until shortly before his death. He passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 53.

Following his death, discussions and speculation circulated online, reflecting the controversial nature of his career and the influence he held within conspiracy and UFO-related communities.
