Jared Brundage Motorcycle Accident Death Obituary

A late-night motorcycle crash in the Town of Culpeper has resulted in the death of a 20-year-old man, as authorities continue working to determine the exact cause of the tragic incident.

According to police, the crash occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m. on April 23, 2026, along Colonel Jameson Boulevard. Officers responded to reports of a motorcycle accident and, upon arrival, found Jared Brundage of Culpeper suffering from critical injuries sustained in the collision.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Brundage had been traveling westbound when he lost control of his motorcycle. Officials reported that the bike struck a curb, which caused him to be thrown from the vehicle. He was then propelled into a nearby light pole, resulting in severe injuries.

Emergency responders arrived promptly and began administering life-saving measures at the scene in an effort to stabilize him. He was subsequently transported to UVA Culpeper Hospital, where medical personnel continued treatment. Despite their efforts, Brundage later died from his injuries, authorities confirmed.

The Culpeper Police Department’s Accident Reconstruction Team has taken charge of the investigation. Officers remained at the scene for several hours, carefully documenting evidence, analyzing the crash site, and working to reconstruct the sequence of events that led to the accident.
